Marissa, (Jessica Alba) is trying to assault a bad guy known as Tick-Tock (Jeremy Piven), when she goes into function with a daughter known as Nancy and controls to conquer him and deliver him to arrest. She chooses to quit operating so she doesn't put her stepchildren or her baby in risk or discover out about her being an adviser. The movie then moves around twin babies known as Rebecca and Cecil Wilson (Rowan Blanchard and Builder Cook) who always bet and contend against each other. Rebecca has no admiration for her stepmother as she feels she can't change her departed mom, and their dad, spy-hunting writer Wilbur Wilson (Joel McHale), has little a chance to invest with them and has to go to function and has not even found one spy.
When Soil is confronted by an company led by a hyperion mastermind surprisingly known as "the Timekeeper" (Jeremy Piven), Marissa is approached and known as again into measures by the OSS and has to take the infant with her, making a red-sapphire pendant (the key to the Timekeeper's plan) with Rebecca. When the Timekeeper's thugs try to bust into their house, Rebecca and Cecil bust free and go into the Anxiety Space. Videos clip is proven of Marissa, showing the kids that she is a spy. They don't believe it until their dog Argonaut shares, as he is a bot dog, and they bust free in rockets and go to the OSS but then are being pursued until they prevent them by putting totes of throw up at them. Carmen Cortez (Alexa Vega) allows them by allowing them to have cool gadgets as gifts and delay in an area but they bust free and create damage around the OSS.
They later go to a time go shopping as they find out a value to where the Timekeeper is covering and become freezing by Check Tock but Marissa and Carmen help them by causing their cool gadgets and they all bust free. Wilbur witnesses the assault and becomes distressed, and is shot for wiping out the proof that Marissa is a spy and he is distressed she didn't tell him and when he feels he needs to allows them out.
The OSS returns Juni Cortez (Daryl Sabara) since he is their best adviser ever and they have Rebecca and Cecil remain again at the OSS so they don't cause problems. But when the manager of the OSS, Danger D'amo reveals up and Rebecca is aware his look at like the Timekeeper and Cecil scrambles the characters of his name saying Armageddon, they are stuck. They bust free by establishing Argonaut to assault method and wonderful the house. The OSS real auctions are all freezing except Juni because he doesn't have his logo on because Carmen used it away. Juni uses his look at to go to Rebecca and Cecil to get the pendant again, and he unfreezes all the real auctions.
However, with the end on the planet awaiting and the pendant lost by the Timekeeper, both Rebecca and Cecil discover that they have no decision but take element in the challenge. As they get some cool gadgets and help Marissa, Rebecca has to put her frustration against Marissa aside to save the existence that are at share and are able to get through Tick-Tock's minions. They quit the Timekeeper who explains he is doing this to see his dad again in its history, as while operating on something else, Danger got freezing as a boy and kept going again in its history to see him and (after getting mature as a side-effect) take time the way it is. Following that epiphany, he disables the Armageddon system and simply actually leaves the areas an mature and recommended man. Rebecca informs Marissa that she and Cecil are her kids and "the best agents ever". Wilbur handcuffs Tick-Tock, hits out his minions, and Argonaut comes with Nancy. When Tick-Tock tries to ask for and bust free Nancy flicks him over her go. And Marissa saying "Baby's first bad guy". Carmen and Juni say that they've determined to be co-leaders of the "Spy Kids" software. In the end we see Rebecca and Cecil select new employees and both say to the chosen employees "You are triggered.
